This would be a great fix IF I never wanted to use the on screen keypad! Only I'm using a small-scale tablet without an attached keyboard, I Need to apply the on screen keypad...WHEN I Demand IT! Every fix overlooks this option.
Usually, I just click on the keyboard icon on tool bar or in some cases, when I click on the blank search bar, information technology automatically opens the on screen keypad. THIS IS FINE!
However, when I'm merely scrolling thru posts, etc., the on screen keypad pops upward continuously. THIS Effect IS THE ONE WHICH NEEDS TO Be ADDRESSED!!
Thank yous!

Usually, I only click on the keyboard icon on tool bar
That is the Touch Keyboard. Then what you are seeing "pop up" is the TK non the real On-Screen Keyboard (osk.exe). The instruction you were given would start the OSK. When the OSK is running the TK tin not be used. Then your options would exist either Minimizing the OSK, moving information technology or using its Fade push button. The OSK is not smart enough to "popular up" when you would like to use it. Yous would always have to brand it show itself from whatever way that y'all had hidden information technology. You could also pin the OSK to your Taskbar and your Showtime Carte and then exist able to start it from at that place. Then that would give y'all the additional option of closing the OSK any time you wanted or needed to, switching to using the TK whether automatically or manually, and then re-activating and hiding the OSK to achieve your desire of keeping the TK out of sight.
